AG Wholesale privacy policy

Who we are

AG Wholesale is a Shopify app published by VijayaSree Badam. It lets merchants set order minimums, maximums, and pack sizes that Shopify enforces at checkout.

Information we collect

When a merchant installs the app, we store:

• The store’s myshopify.com domain and installation dates.
• Shopify access credentials for the store, used only to read the products and collections the merchant selects and to configure the app’s checkout rule.
• The order-limit rules the merchant creates, including the IDs and titles of the products, variants, and collections those rules reference.
• A history of configuration changes, for support. It contains no personal data.

The app does not request access to customers or orders, and does not collect, store, or process personal information about the store’s buyers. Checkout rules run inside Shopify; carts are evaluated by Shopify and never sent to our servers.

How we use information

Solely to provide the app: showing and saving rules, and keeping the store’s Shopify checkout rule in sync with them. We do not sell or share information, use it for advertising, or combine it with other data.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database and processed on Google Cloud, encrypted in transit. These providers act only on our instructions.

Retention and deletion

When the app is uninstalled, its Shopify sessions are deleted immediately and Shopify removes the app’s checkout rule. Remaining store data is erased when Shopify sends its shop data erasure request, 48 hours after uninstall. Customer data requests from Shopify are acknowledged; we hold no customer data to return or erase.

Merchants may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information above at any time by emailing agwholesale294@gmail.com.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date if our practices change.
